Special School Network Meeting

Are you a Music Coordinator, teacher or TA in a Special Ed school in the East Midlands? The Special School Network is a place to engage with free training and to network with other teachers and invited experts.

What will be included

• School Music Development Plans
  We have a special template for Music Development Plans for Special Schools and Alternative Provision settings, allowing schools to create a SMDP that will support the growth of a holistic musical culture in schools. The template has been developed with teachers from  across the region and will be presented by Dr Ally Daubney.
• School Spotlight
  In our first School Spotlight feature, we'll hear from Kieran Fowkes at Dovetree SEMH school in Leicestershire about how music has been developed in his setting.
• Quick wins, news and offers
  We will also share some quick win warm-ups, a demonstration of the new 'Cosmo Switches', and time to speak to hear about the offer from your local Hub. All welcome, including new colleagues.
